Motion carried Moved by Commissioneor Meisner seconded by Commissioner Ganz to table the preliminary plat of Amar Addition until a tentative proposed plat plan of the Amar Addition, Block. 1 be shown as platted on the preliminary plan and that a bond be posted covering in- stallation of rip rap at the rear of Lots 1 thru 7 and the Block 2 be replatted to bring all lots within the minimum village requirements and that a bond be posted for fill, to bring the contour to that established by theVillage Engineer, and that no building permits be issued for the south portion of Block 2 until January 1, 1961 by which time the Park Board can or may take action on procuring this property.
