Eng, Iandecker and Allbeev Administrator. Dispensed with reading of the minutes until after the completion of the agenda. Motion by Schmockj seconded by Ganz that we recommend to the Council that they -grant tentative approval of proposed Golden Rale Addition subject to standard procedure, also subject to showing 51 utility and drainage easement over the rear 51 of each lot. "Carried" Motion by Ganz, seconded by Johnson that we recommend to the Council approval of building permit for model house on Lot 11 Block 2 of proposed GOUEN RULE ADDITION, "Carried" Motion by Snevas seconded by Johnson that we recommend to the council that building permits for #9419 and 9420 for 4-plexes be approveds subject to deeding 609 strip of land for street in regards to permit #9419. "Carried" Motion by Plasencia seconded by Ralke that we recommend to the council that they grant tentative approval of proposed plat of part of SE, of SE, 4 of 20-118-21p subject to standard procedure. Motion by Schmock that the nominations be closed and the secretary be in- stracted to cast a unanimous ballott. "Carried" Johnson nominated Sneva for Vice-chairmans seconded by Schmock, Plasencia moved that nominations be closed and the secretary be instructed to cast a unanimous ballot. "Carried" Motion by Gansu seconded by Sneva that Fahy be re -appointed as secretary. "Carried" Meisner and Schmock invited suggestions for new members for the Planning Commission. Meisner stated he had a received a call from Eugene Smith, 5716 Twin Dake , Terrace Ke. 37732s employed by the Highway Dept•s and wished to become member; but has resided in the village only one month. Meisner appointed Sneva and Ganz to make a "Budget Needs" study., and report as soon as possible. Meeting of Feb. 9th is perhaps too soon. The suggestion was made that perhaps appropriation, cgald be made to have members attend the Convention in Minneapolis in May., receiving registration fee and expenses. The minutes were approved as read. Mr. Pearson and Mr. Samuelson appeared re: Crystal Aire Addition. Mr. Quito and Mr. Hanson of Metropolitan Airport Commission appeared in regard. to extension of airport property in this general area. (Mr. Cook left the meeting at 9:00 otclock P. M.) Motion by Sneva seconded by Duxbury that we recommend to the Council tentative approval of Crystal Aire Addition as revised, subject to standard procedure. Commission was polled for vote resulting in all yests, except Paul Plasencia voted no. „Carried" Mr. Ferguson did not appear re proposed division of Lot 4, Block 1, Boulevard Acres, Chairman read recommendation from committee`. motion by Sneva seconded by Plasencia that the proposed division of Lot 4, Block 1, Boulevard Acres be denied and that any division of this lot be at the half way point between straeta and the house moved forward to comply with buiidinz 'ar''d zoning ordinance. Motion by Sneva seconded by Johnson that we recommend to the Council approval of a building permit for Henry's Drive -In on Lot 39, Auditor's Subdivision No. 328 subject to ingress and egress approval of State, County and Village engineers and the posting of a bond for off site improvements. Motion by Ganz, seconded by Cook, that we recommend to the Council that they adopt a Resolution approving the division and conveyance of Lot 189 except the Easterly 155t thereof, also except the Westerly 25t thereof in Block 1, Rosedale Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and ' the Easterly 1551 of Lot 18, Block 12 Rosedale Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to utility easement over the rear 51 of each lot. "Carried" Motion by Schmock, seconded by Johnson, that we recommend to the Council that they approve a building permit for commercial building for restaurant over the Easterly 1551 of Lot 189 Block 1, Rosedale Acres. Mr. Meisner appointed a committee of Ganz, Chairman and Plasencia to investigate on the ground and then report back at the meeting of March 23rd for discussion with Sicora, who is interested in buying, and Finch and Weinard, the other property owners who are to be contacted. Motion by Johnson, seconded by Ganz, that building permit on Lot 8, Block 25 Lyne, Gardens (zoned Industrial) be tabled until March 9th meeting. Paulson appeared, 3130 Noble Avenue, Ju. 8-2890, relative to the division of a piece of property on Florida about 1801 North of the intersection of 17th Avenue North and Florida. Mr. Paulson was instructed to make application to appear before the March 9th meeting of the Planning Commission, such application to be completed by Wednesday, March 4th. He is to bring the adjacent property owners and Mr. Lynch, the party from whom he had. obtained title to the piece he now owns. Motion died for lack of a second. , Motion by Ralke, seconded by Duxbury that we deny the division of the uronerty between h6tt: and h7th on Florida Avenue North because the area and_ depth does not meet the minimum specifications as set forth in our Zoning Ordinance. Motion by Ralke, seconded by Smith that items to be discussed at the regular meetings be in tpn days before the actual meeting and that these requests shall meet the requirements of the platting and zoning ordiriance, that the Building Inspector shall prepare an Agenda listing the legal description of the property and the statement of the request, and that such Agenda be mailed to the members of the Planning Commission not later. than Thursday preceding the meeting.
