Mr. Walter Ranik presented his proposed trailer camp to be located on Lois 10 and
11, St. Denis Acres (5526 Douglas Drive). The Commission heard both pros and, cons
for special use permit which resulted in the following motion:
Motion by Ashenfelter, seconded by Johnson, we recommend to the Village CoiLncil
that a Special Use Permit for an automobile trailer camp on Lots.10 and 11, St.
Denis Acres be denied. "Carried"
Mr. 7'GAnz - presented his case fior trailer camp on Lots 5 and 6, Boulevard Acres
(Lakeland & Wilshire Blvd.) After hearing both sides the Commission tookthe
