January 10, 1955
The meeting was called to order by Pres, E.E.Eardley, with the following members
present: Placentia, Peterson, Trombley, Eardley, Schmock and Engineer Dunn.
Minutes of the Dec. 132 1954 meeting were approved as read.
Motion by Peterson, seconded by Plascencia that we recommend to the council the
tentative approval of proposed plat of CRYSTAL INVESTMENT & SECURITIES of lot
18 and part of Lot 17, Auditorts Subdivision #328, subject to standard procedure.

Motion by Trombley, seconded by Peterson that we recommend to the council the div-
ision of the N21 of Lot 1p, Block 5, Robbinsdale Home Gardens Fourth Addition from
the balance of said lot; to be combined with Lot, 9, Block 5 of Robbinsdale Home
Gardens Fourth Addition. _ "Carried".
Mr, Axell, Mr. Reibe and Mr. Turgeon appeared in regard to restrictions on Boulevard
Acres Block 2. The attorney will check and give an opinion.
Motion by Schmock, seconded by Peterson that we recommend to the Council the divi-
sion of the E2 and the W2 of Lot 31, Auditors s Subdivision #314 subject to sLgaing
easements over the W60t of the E 161.291 lying south of the N.301 and the '00t,,also

Motion by Eardley, seconded by Trombley that we recommend to the' council that the
building inspector work out a name with Willow Bend, Inc., for shopping center ad-
dresses, preferably with a Crystal name; for example - Crystal Plaza. "Carried"

except streets, and also the division of the
S2 of W2 of that part, of E2 of NWS of Sw-� of S Section 9, Township 118,Range 21
lying N of S 264 feet'and S of N 265 6/10�feet thereof except streets.
