The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Pres. E.E.Eardley, with the following
members presents Kennard, Peterson, Eardley, Schmock, Rennie, Trombley, Russell
Champlain and Krickle. ,
A letter from Lou Kirschbaum and Mr. Tharp, principal of Lee Avenue school was read.
Discussion with Mr. Levine, operater of super -market and Mr. Kirschbaum followed.
Motion by Krickle, seconded by Russell that we recommend to the Council the extension
of commercial zoning for the balance of Lot 5 Block 1 Ruff's Addition. "Carried"
Mr. Smith of White Investment Co. requested. division of Lot 1 Block 1 Whitefield
Addition.

Duln, will meet at 8:00 P.M. January 22, 1954.
The greenhouse ordinance was discussed and attorney McCullagh instructed to draw VP
an amendment to the Zoning ordinance.

Mr.`Schoell presented plans of sanitary sewer system. Discussion followed on the
progress from" time the survey was -started. After the discussion a POUwas taken;
12 being in favor of plan #5 (to Pump districts 5 and 6 to the north system and in»
stall mains in Vatire village. One favored plan A (flowing south through Golden
valley, 45 to 57% on gravity and north districts through Brooklyn Center.

It was suggested that a petition be circulated for construction of a street on an

building permit. This flat was approved, subject to easement for 141 alley, but the
easement has not been submitted to the village. The matter was referred to the
village attorney who will report back at the next.meeting.
