1954 PC Meeting Minutes47 January ll., 1954 The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Pres. E.E.Eardley, with the following members presents Kennard, Peterson, Eardley, Schmock, Rennie, Trombley, Russell Champlain and Krickle. , A letter from Lou Kirschbaum and Mr. Tharp, principal of Lee Avenue school was read. Discussion with Mr. Levine, operater of super -market and Mr. Kirschbaum followed. Motion by Krickle, seconded by Russell that we recommend to the Council the extension of commercial zoning for the balance of Lot 5 Block 1 Ruff's Addition. "Carried" Mr. Smith of White Investment Co. requested. division of Lot 1 Block 1 Whitefield Addition.
