ADJOURNMENT * Items for which supporting materials will be included in the meeting packet CITY OF CRYSTAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LAND USE APPLICATION 2014-8 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR NOODLES & COMPANY OUTDOOR FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE AT 5592 WEST BROADWAY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Crystal Planning Commission will meet on Monday, October 13, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Crystal City Hall, 4141 Douglas Drive North, in said City, to consider the following application: LAND USE APPLICATION 2014-8: • Applicant: Noodles & Company; Property Owner: Crystal Gallery Developers • Property Address: 5592 West Broadway, which is the easterly tenant space in a building currently under construction at the southeast corner of Bass Lake Road and West Broadway. The new building is located on the Crystal Gallery Mall property addressed as 5502 West Broadway (PID 05-118-21-44-0046). • Zoning: The property and adjacent properties are zoned C-2 General Commercial. • Description of Application: The applicant is opening a 2,503 sq. ft., 56 seat Noodles and Company restaurant with a 503 sq. ft., 22 seat patio with outdoor food and beverage service including beer and wine. A conditional use permit is required for the patio service. A copy of this application is available for review on the Planning & Zoning page of the city website, www.crystalmn.gov, and also at Crystal City Hall during normal business hours.
