SPECIAL LAND USE APPLICATION 2012-03

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Crystal will meet on
Monday, June 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at
Crystal City Hall, 4141 Douglas Drive North, in said City, to consider the following application
submitted by Full Proof Ministry (tenant) and TDK Partnership (property owner):
Special Land Use Application 2012-03
Property Location: 4835 West Broadway (P.I.D. 09-118-21-31-0121)
Type of Application: Conditional Use Permit for a church (Full Proof Ministry)
• Description of Project: Full Proof Ministry would use the south tenant space within the
building and would operate at different times than Thomas Tool which uses the main,
northern part of the building. The property's existing parking lot would serve both uses.
A copy of the submitted application may be viewed at Crystal City Hall during normal business
hours. It may also be downloaded from the Planning & Zoning page of the city website,
www.crystalmn.gov. The city staff report and recommendation will be similarly available on or

• Description of Project: The property owner proposes to split off the south 135 feet and
sell it to the City of Crystal. The city would add the south 135 feet to the adjacent park.
