ADJOURNMENT * Items for which supporting materials will be included in the meeting packet CITY OF CRYSTAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SPECIAL LAND USE APPLICATION 2011-05 RE-PLAT 6000 56TH AVENUE NORTH TO INCLUDE ADJACENT VACATED STREETS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Crystal will meet on Monday, May 9, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Crystal City Hall, 4141 Douglas Drive North, in said City, to consider the following application initiated by the applicant and property owner (FTK Properties): The submitted plans will be available for public review at Crystal City Hall on or about April 28, 2011. They will also be available on the Planning & Zoning page of the city’s website, www.ci.crystal.mn.us . HARLEY HEIGEL, SECRETARY, PLANNING COMMISSION Published in the Sun Post on April 28, 2011 Special Land Use Application 2011-05 · Property Location : 6000 56 th Avenue North (P.I.D. 04-118-21-32-0104) · Type of Application : Plat · Description of Project : The city has vacated portions of Adair and Brunswick Avenues located directly east and west of the property. The property owner wishes to re-plat the existing parcel and vacated streets into a new parcel. Concurrent with the replatting, the owner is reconfiguring the parking lot to reflect Hennepin County’s taking of the south part of the property for road right-of-way and the addition of the adjacent vacated streets to the property. The new plat would be named Denny Walsh Addition.
