A motion b, Schmidt, seconded by Bronstad, that we pay the claim of E. Hilts, for $1.50, for snow plowing. "Carried." A motion by Bronstad, seconded by Schmidt, that we accept the report of Justice of the Peace Martens, from August to December 31, 193&. "Carried." A motion by Bronstad, seconded by Schmidt, that we have all official bonds checked by the Village Attorney before accepting them. "Carried." A motion by Bronstad, seconded by Schmidt that we accept the bond for $1000.00 from F. A. Bowers, Recorder. "Carried." Years of 1939 & 1940. A motion by Bronstad, seconded by Schmidt, that we decline bond of H..E. Liddicoat, and accept new bond from him omitting the bank clause, and have Village Attorney approved same. "Carried." It was suggested that bonds of Clarence Olson, Harry McVeigh, A. A. Little, and Fred L. Martens be called to the attention of Mr. Harold D. Campbell and secure waiver cancelling bank clause in each of the above bonds. A motion by Bronstad, seconded by Schmidt, that the Security State Bank, of Robbinsdale, Minnesota be the depository for the Village Funds."Carried" A motion by Bronstad, seconded by Schmidt, that we pay the Village Treas., $100.00 salary per year. "Carried." A Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Bronstad, that we pay the Village Recorde $25.00 per month for the year of 1939. "Carrie*." "Carried" ,A Motion by H.Schmidt, seconded by O.J.Bronstad, that we appoint Dr. Baumeister, Village Doctor for the year of 1969. "Carried." A motion by H.Schmidt, seconded by O.J.Bronstad, that we appoint Fred Schmidt, load Foreman for the year of 1939, and pay him 65V per hour eight hours per day, four days per month. "Carried" A motion by F.A.Bowers, seconded by D.E.Carrier, that effective Feb. lst, 1939, that a copy of all relief orders shall be filed with the Clerk, and the original shall be signed by the President of the Council, and unless this is done, they shall not be paid.
