In accordance with state law, portions of the meeting will be closed. This memo provides some background for the discussion. Table 1 shows the history of wage adjustments for all Crystal employees over the past 7 years. You will see we have a pattern of equity across all employee groups. This shows an average wage adjustment of 2.06%. In 2014, the adjustments range from 1.0 – 4.0% with an average of 2.07%. While there are fewer settlements for 2015, the adjustments range from 1.5 - 3% and average just over 2%.
