III. CONSENT AGENDA
The Council will consider the following items, which are routine and non-controversial

1. Approval of the list of license applications submitted by the City Clerk to the City
Council, a list that is on file in the office of the City Clerk;
2. Approval of disbursements over $25,000 submitted by the Finance Director to the

IV. PUBLIC HEARING
1. Mayor Bowman will open a hearing to receive public comment and Council
consideration of a resolution allocating Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) funds for Program Year 2011.
Crystal, through Hennepin County, receives approximately $106,000 dollars
in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds which are targeted
for use for assisting low and moderate income households in communities
through various programs. Historically, Crystal has used these funds to
fund its share of the Five Cities Senior Transportation program ($13,700)
and the balance (just under $93,000) to fund Deferred Home Maintenance
Loans to qualifying households. Recommend approval of the resolution
allocating 2011 CDBG funds.
