Pursuant to due call and notice given in the manner prescribed by Section 3.01 of the City
Charter, the Tri -City Council Meeting was held at 6:40 p.m. on Monday, May 7, in the Crystal
AB Room at the Crystal Community Center located at 4800 Douglas Drive in Crystal,
Minnesota. Crystal Mayor ReNae Bowman called the meeting to order.

Road, Terra Linda Drive and the DeCola Ponds Neighborhood.
