2012.05.07 Meeting Minutes (Tri-City)Tri -City Council Meeting minutes Monday, May 7, 2012 2382 Pursuant to due call and notice given in the manner prescribed by Section 3.01 of the City Charter, the Tri -City Council Meeting was held at 6:40 p.m. on Monday, May 7, in the Crystal AB Room at the Crystal Community Center located at 4800 Douglas Drive in Crystal, Minnesota. Crystal Mayor ReNae Bowman called the meeting to order.
