Pursuant to due call and notice given in the manner prescribed by Section 3.01 of the
City Charter, the first work session of the Crystal City Council was held at 6:30 p.m.
on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in Conference Room A at City Hall located at 4141
Douglas Drive, Crystal, Minnesota. The Mayor called the work session to order.
I. ATTENDANCE
The city clerk recorded the attendance with the following members:
COUNCIL:
Present: Bowman, Budziszewski, Deshler, Hoffmann, Selton, and Anderson.
Absent: Moore.
STAFF:
City Manager A. Norris, City Attorney M. Norton, Assistant City Manager/Human
Resources Manager K. Therres, Police Chief J. Banick, Community Development
Director P. Peters, and City Clerk C. Serres.

The Council and staff discussed the following agenda item:
• Bottineau Boulevard Transitway Scoping Study.
