Pursuant to due call and notice given in the manner prescribed by Section 3.01 of the
City Charter, the work session of the Crystal City Council was held at 8:15 p.m. on
Tuesday, February 1, 2011 in Conference Room A at City Hall located at 4141
Douglas Drive, Crystal, Minnesota. The Mayor called the work session to order.
I. ATTENDANCE
The city clerk recorded the attendance with the following members:
COUNCIL:
Moore, Selton, Hoffmann, Anderson, Bowman, Budziszewski, and Deshler.
STAFF:
City Manager A. Norris, Assistant City Manager/Human Resources Manager K.
Therres, City Attorney M. Norton, City Engineer/Public Works Director T. Mathisen,
Police Chief J. Banick, Community Development Director P. Peters, City
Planner/Assistant Community Development Director J. Sutter, and City Clerk J.
Lewis.
II. AGENDA
The Council and staff discussed the following agenda items:
• Residential rear -yard setbacks;
• Commission application process;
• Amendments to WMFRD Joint Powers Agreeement; and
• 42nd Ave Tri -city bike/walk event.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The work session adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
